right now dimmer is only a waitlist. we keep your email so we can tell you when dimmer launches. that’s all it’s for.
what we keep
- your email address, and when you joined, confirmed and unsubscribed.
- where you signed up (today that’s always this website).
- a fingerprint of the one-time code in your confirmation link, never the code itself.
- to stop spam, a scrambled fingerprint of your network address. it’s deleted within a day, and we never store the address itself.
what we don’t collect
- no analytics, cookies, tracking pixels or ads on this site.
- our emails don’t track whether you open them or click their links.
- when the extension launches, the sites you visit, their addresses and page titles stay in your browser. before it ships we’ll list here exactly what the extension sends and why.
why we keep it
you tick the box to ask for it, and that consent is our reason. we use your email to send one confirmation email now and one when dimmer launches. we never sell or share it.
who handles it for us
- Supabase stores the waitlist.
- Resend sends the emails.
- Netlify hosts this website and, like any web host, may keep short-lived server logs.
they may process data outside your country, under their own data protection terms.
how long we keep it
until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. after you unsubscribe we keep your address marked as unsubscribed, only so we never email you again, unless you ask us to delete it completely.
